Who I am

I'm Lux Flores, a virtual assistant and bookkeeper working with growing businesses. This policy explains what information I collect through hireluxflores.com and how I use it. Questions? Email me at lluxflores023@gmail.com.

Information I collect

  • Information you give me. When you book an intro call or email me, I collect your name, email, business details, and anything you choose to share about your needs.
  • Scheduling data. Intro calls are booked through Calendly, which processes the details you enter to schedule the call on my behalf.
  • Usage & device data.Like most websites, basic analytics (pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type) may be collected to understand what's useful and improve the site.

Client data I work with

When we work together, I access your financial and business systems (e.g. Xero, email, CRM) using the permissions you grant. I treat that data as strictly confidential, use the least access needed, and never share it outside our engagement. You can revoke my access at any time, and I'm happy to sign an NDA.

How I use your information

  • To schedule and prepare for our call or work together.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide my services.
  • To understand and improve the website.
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the tools that help me operate (scheduling, analytics, email), and only as needed.

Cookies & analytics

The site may use privacy-conscious product analytics to measure how it's used. These may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email lluxflores023@gmail.com and I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
