Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper
I'm Lux — a virtual assistant and bookkeeper with 6+ years managing accounts and operations in enterprise IT. I take the admin off your plate, keep your books clean in Xero, and wherever I can, I automate the repetitive work away entirely.

Fluent in the tools you run on
How I can help
I handle the admin, keep your books tidy in Xero — and, unlike most VAs, I can automate the repetitive work so it stops eating your week in the first place.
The admin off your plate, done reliably.
The repetitive work, automated away.
Clean, current books in Xero.
Why me
I'm early in my bookkeeping journey — and that's exactly why you get senior operational thinking, real automation skills, and genuine care, at an approachable rate.
Most VAs do the repetitive task every time. I build the workflow that does it for you — with Zapier, n8n, Make and HubSpot — so the busywork quietly disappears.
Six-plus years managing accounts and operations in enterprise IT (currently at Fujitsu). You get someone used to owning outcomes, hitting deadlines, and communicating clearly.
I'm SAP ERP certified and now Xero-trained — so your bookkeeping is handled by someone who understands financial systems, not someone learning what a reconciliation is.
I've already worked remotely with US businesses across sales, e-commerce and marketing. Based in the Philippines and happy to work your AU / NZ hours.
How we start
Handing over your books and inbox is a big deal. I've made starting low-risk on purpose.
We spend 20–30 minutes on what's on your plate and where you need help. No pressure — just an honest read on whether I'm the right fit.
We start with a short trial period. If you're not happy with how it's going in the first two weeks, you don't pay. The risk is mine, not yours.
Once we're a fit, I settle into a monthly or hourly rhythm — your books stay current and your admin stays handled, month after month.
Trust & security
You're giving someone access to your finances and your inbox — I don't take that lightly. Here's how I keep it safe.
I work inside your own Xero, inbox and tools using the access you grant — with the least permissions needed, and nothing moved off your systems without reason.
Your numbers and your business stay private. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start, and access can be revoked any time with one click.
Strong unique passwords, two-factor authentication, and a secured device — the basics done properly, because I'm handling your financial data.
You always know what I can see and do. When something needs your sign-off — a payment, a new tool — it waits for you.
Where I come from
I've spent my career in account and product management — today at Fujitsu in enterprise IT, and before that across telecom, e-commerce and digital marketing, including remote work for US businesses. I know how sales pipelines, onboarding and billing actually run.
Founding clients
I'm building my bookkeeping and VA practice, and I'd rather earn your trust than claim it. My first few clients get:
Questions
Yes. I work inside your own tools with the least access needed, use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on a secured device, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start. You can revoke my access at any time.
I'm based in the Philippines and regularly work Australian and New Zealand business hours, with flexibility for UK and US clients too. We'll agree on overlap and response times up front so it feels seamless.
Xero for bookkeeping; HubSpot and other CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, Slack and more for admin; and Zapier, n8n and Make for automation. If you use something I don't know yet, I'll learn it quickly — that's the job.
No — I keep your books clean, accurate and ready for your accountant or BAS agent, but I don't lodge BAS or give tax advice (that requires registration in Australia). I work alongside your accountant, not instead of them.
We start with a free intro call to see if it's a fit, then a short no-risk trial: if you're not happy in the first two weeks, you don't pay. From there we settle into a simple monthly or hourly rhythm.
You're never locked in. There's no long contract — engagements are month to month, and you can pause or stop with reasonable notice. I'd rather keep your business by earning it.
Let's get your time back
Book a free intro call. We'll talk through what's on your plate and whether I'm the right person to take it off — no pressure, no obligation.
