Hi, I'm Lux Flores.
I help growing businesses stay on top of their admin and their books — and I automate the repetitive parts so they stop coming back. I bring years of account-management discipline, real automation skills, and a genuine care for getting the details right.
My story
From account management to your back office.
For 6+ years I've worked in account and product management — currently as a Senior Account Manager at Fujitsu, and before that across telecom, e-commerce and digital marketing, including remote freelance work for businesses in the US. I've lived where revenue, operations and client delivery meet.
Along the way I found what I'm best at: the work that keeps a business steady and moving — the follow-through, the systems, the numbers. I got especially good at automating the repetitive parts, connecting tools like CRM, billing and marketing so they run without someone babysitting a spreadsheet.
I earned my SAP ERP certification, trained on Xero, and now bring all of that to growing businesses — as your virtual assistant, your bookkeeper, or the person who finally automates your busywork.
